What does "BAT" stand for inBATGuard™?

BAT is a legal term in the Clean Water Act. It stands for Best Available Technology, the Clean Water Act does not require that every contaminant be kept from entering our waters. It does require us to use the best available technology that is economically feasible, to eliminate as many contaminants as possible. The BATGuard™ line of products are a perfect example of Best Available Technology, this was proven when similar technology was used over a decade ago to clean up the gulf oil spill in 2010
